As Estimator, Chad works closely with our project team to solicit subcontractor pricing, develop detailed estimates and prepare highly competitive GMP’s. Chad assists the Director of Preconstruction in budgeting all projects and assists with construction document reviews, defining contractors’ scope of services, identifying appropriate subcontractors for bidding, soliciting and reviewing all bids and preparing contract drafts.
