Berglund Construction Names Tom Sicinski Healthcare Principal

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS — Berglund Construction, a Midwest leader in healthcare construction, announced today that Tom Sicinski has been appointed Senior Vice President Healthcare and will work to build upon the firm’s competitive strengths in this area.

In this role, Sicinski is responsible for overall leadership and management of all business activities of the Healthcare Group. He has responsibility for the operation and financial success of the healthcare construction market sector and responsibilities for field operations, preconstruction services, purchasing, estimating and accounting.

For 20 years, Sicinski has made a commitment to building and renovating hospitals and healthcare facilities to give these institutions the best atmosphere for patient care. Sicinski is recognized as a healthcare executive and industry leader in working on complex healthcare construction projects. He is currently engaged with the following organizations: Board member for the Healthcare Facilities Symposium; American Society for Healthcare Engineers; and the U.S. Green Building Council.
