Project Overview

Berglund Construction built the new 135,000 sqft patient tower along with multi-department renovations, MEP infrastructure upgrades and a new parking lot. The building was comprised of over 100 inpatient rooms, new nursing stations, doctors quarters, operating and recovery rooms and main waiting areas. The project took 20 months to complete and any savings was returned to the owner.
