Project Overview

A new full-service hotel in Schererville, IN hired Berglund Construction to provide construction management services. The modern four-story, 89-room hotel facility with upscale amenities includes a pool, fitness center, reception area, sweet shop, business center, breakfast area, warming kitchen, meeting rooms, staff offices and common areas. The project was successfully completed in 10 months to meet the owner’s goal of a grand opening before the busy holidays.
