Berglund was tapped by Commonwealth REIT, Inc. the owner of 111 East Wacker Drive and 233 North Michigan to provide preconstruction and construction services for the modernization of both building’s plaza and pedway. Work scope includes renovation to the plaza, pedway, new stairways, escalators, and canopy. The Plaza renovation has received new pavers, planters, and seating areas.
