Berglund Contruction promotes Terry Krause to Vice President Business Development

CHICAGO – Berglund Construction President, Fred Berglund, has announced the appointment of Terry Krause to the position of Vice President Business Development.  Krause, a 20-year veteran of the Midwest Design and Construction Region, will develop and implement the corporate Strategic Sales Plan for the Illinois and Indiana Building and Restoration Divisions and guide other Regional and National pursuits.  Prior to his promotion, Mr. Krause served as Director of Business Development with responsibilities for new project development.  He is a graduate of Indiana University with a Doctor of Education Degree in School Administration and Management.

Currently celebrating its 95th Anniversary, Berglund Construction provides Construction Management and General Construction services to Healthcare, Education, Government, Municipal, Commercial and Industrial clients.  The General Services Administration has recognized Berglund’s Restoration Division with its Excellence Award for Quality.  The Chicago Building Congress, the Chicago Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the Landmarks Preservation Council of Illinois, the Construction Advancement Foundation of Northern Indiana and the Illinois Indiana Masonry Council have also recognized Berglund’s quality performance.
