Berglund Contruction promotes Tom Sicinski to Senior Vice President Operations

CHICAGO – Berglund Construction President, Fred Berglund, has announced the appointment of Tom Sicinski to the position of Senior Vice President Operations.  Mr. Sicinski, a 17-year professional of the Midwest Construction Region will manage Construction Services and resources within the Illinois Building Division that includes service region expansion into Suburban Chicago and North Central Illinois.  Prior to his promotion, Mr. Sicinski served as Senior Vice President, with responsibilities for Management Staffing and Project Accountability.  He is certified by the American Society of Healthcare Engineering as a Healthcare Contractor and serves as Berglund’s lead Project Executive for Healthcare.  Mr. Sicinski is a graduate of Montgomery College, Philadelphia, PA, with a Degree in Construction Technology.

Currently celebrating its 95th Anniversary, Berglund Construction provides Construction Management and General Construction services to Healthcare, Education, Government, Municipal, Commercial and Industrial clients.  The General Services Administration has recognized Berglund’s Restoration Division with its Excellence Award for Quality.  The Chicago Building Congress, the Chicago Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the Landmarks Preservation Council of Illinois, the Construction Advancement Foundation of Northern Indiana and the Illinois Indiana Masonry Council have repeatedly recognized Berglund’s quality performance.
