Berglund Construction Promotes Tom Brooks to Vice President Resotration

CHICAGO – Berglund Construction, a leading construction and
restoration services firm announced the appointment of Tom Brooks to the position of Vice President of the Restoration Division. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Brooks served as Senior Project Manager for the Restoration Division. 

 With more than 15 years experience in the Construction Industry,
Mr. Brooks is well positioned for his new role as Vice President Restoration Division.  He is responsible for the overall safety, quality, schedule and profit of his assigned project team.  In addition, Mr. Brooks participates in the strategic planning and growth of the Restoration Division and continually improves upon client relations.   He has a background in Building Construction Management and holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University.  Mr. Brooks was a United States Marine – Corporal, CH 46 Air Crewman and a Desert Storm Veteran.  Some of his more visible projects include architecturally significant buildings, such as U.S. General Services Administration Chicago Federal Complex, The Sullivan Center, originally designed by renowned Chicago architect Louis Sullivan (and formerly the Carson, Pirie, Scott & Co. department store), the U.S. Potter Stewart Courthouse in Cincinnati, OH and the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Building in Milwaukee, WI.  “Tom’s outstanding background and committed work ethic are a great fit to our third-generation family of Restoration Specialists,” said Jack Tribbia President of the Restoration Division.  “Tom will add tremendous value for our clients and their projects.”
