The Porter County Community Foundation is a non-for-profit organization that received a 12,800 sq. ft. interior build-out. The project included 10 new offices, 3 large conference rooms with folding partition walls, 2 smaller conference rooms and an eat-in kitchen. Along with the 10 new rooftop units installed, there was also minor exterior facade work to accent the brands new landscaping and new masonry sign at the front of the property. This project is LEED Certified.
