CHESTERTON, INDIANA - March 27, 2015 - Berglund Construction Company made a $1,000 donation to Rebuilding Together Duneland , which makes them a house co-sponsor for the National Rebuilding Day on Saturday, April 25, 2015. National Rebuilding Day marks Rebuilding Together's annual signature event when tens of thousands of volunteers across the country will team up with Rebuilding Together's affiliates to repair homes, revitalize communities and restore the lives of homeowners in need. Rebuilding Together Duneland (RTD) fills a pressing need in the Duneland community. The rising cost of living and falling social service budgets have left some of our most vulnerable neighborhoods without the most basic of necessities: a warm, safe and dry home. Many of this year's candidates needed a new roof as well as interior, electrical and plumbing repairs.

Berglund's volunteers Rick Anderson, Fred Berglund, Jim Dyer, Ernesto Sanchez, Braxton Stephans, Tim Vanderbilt and others spent several days providing construction services to renovate a home in the Chesterton Community.
