We have performed masonry and concrete facade repair projects for the past 92 years. Berglund Construction has restored many landmarks and historic buildings. Recent work includes the facade restoration of the Allerton Crowne Hotel, Powhatan Building and Pattington Condominiums projects. Berglund Construction is currently involved in the rehabilitation of Wacker Drive Historical Limestone Reconstruction and the 75 East Wacker Building (Mather Tower).
