This position coordinates and supervises all field operations including safety planning, scheduling, trade coordination, resource allocation, workforce supervision, and owner satisfaction.  The individual manages the various resources to deliver a project that meets specifications, on schedule and under budget while enhancing owner relations.

Primary Duties
• Plans the project
• Manages Berglund field employees
• Ensures a safe and productive work site for employees, subcontractors and third parties
• Attends on-site meetings
• Coordinates all inspections, project reviews and work tasks
• Maintain job site files and records
• Understands and complies with all project specifications
• Owner communications
• Professionally representing the Berglund name
