This position manages the construction process from pre-construction through project completion.  The individual controls all aspects of the job from planning, safety, project administration, communication, owner satisfaction and profitability.  The primary objectives of this position include completing projects on time, on budget and on schedule in a profitable manner and building a long term relationship with owners, architects and other professional consultants involved.
