The Berglund Quality Process is designed to support and educate our company’s efforts to ensure that construction activities and processes are planned, controlled and verified. These services will be delivered by a highly motivated and qualified team through a process of continuous improvement.

With a fulltime Quality Management Director on staff, Berglund Construction has developed and implemented the highest level of quality assurance program for each and every project.
The achievement of high quality starts in the preconstruction phase. It is at this critical early stage when the entire team can be brought together in a partnering process. Initially, the drawings and specifications will again be reviewed in further detail to insure that the construction requirements establish a high, but attainable, standard of quality.
Thereafter, during the construction phase, we will work together with our subcontractors to provide valuable assistance and guidance though our preassigned and qualified team member assigned to that trade contractor. Throughout the quality performance; each trade contractor will be measured against our pre-established quality standards.
